We welcome you to join in discussing the novel Unlikely Animals by Annie Hartnett. The novel is about a young woman who returns home because her father is dying. I recommend this book because I enjoyed spending time with the characters, both living and dead. The book is a pleasant escape with humor, mystery, nature, romance, a cute dog, a spritely fox and a satisfying ending. The novel provides comfort and hope for us who are living amidst addiction, dementia, betrayal and forgiveness.
