Have you ever struggled with the stories of violence in Scripture? You’re not alone. Our next Bible study begins January 14 where we will be exploring the book Violence and the Bible for Normal People by Caroline Blyth. This compelling and accessible study tackles one of the Bible’s most challenging themes—violence in its many forms—and invites honest, thoughtful reflection. Caroline Blyth draws on real biblical narratives to explore portrayals of physical violence, divine violence, and structural harm in the Bible and what they might mean for readers today.
